10. Transparency of Decisions

(1) The time period required for making a decision according to subsection (1) of Section 15 of the Act shall be approved by the relevant ministry and implemented in a transparent manner by the authority entitled to make a decision.

(2) If any decision made according to section 16 of the Act is related to the public interest, such decision shall be publicized on the notice board of the relevant body through TAC website or other suitable means.
